Ok so Tuesday January 24 in Joe Valdez’s construction class we had to look up different websites on the construction industry and look for information about when they were established and what their purposes are. Each website was unique and some were helpful and some were not so user friendly.  www.carpenters.org was one of the websites that was decent. It didn’t have an “About Us” button which wasn’t all bad but kind of annoying if you were in a hurry not the best.  www.agc,org was much better, the first button you can press was “About Us”. The training and education tab was nicely done with more links to click on if you were interested in.  www.abc.org was one of the better sites really easy to use and navigate.  If you follow any of their events they have a Calender with dates times and locations of upcoming events. Also what I liked about this site was the “Find Contractor” button useful if you need some work done. www.osha.gov well is a typical government site.  All the information is right in front you and may take awhile to find what you looking for but it will be there.
